I may seem simplistic, but I always rely on feelings to guide me through
life. When I am sad, I think of a better "feeling" thought, and my
outlook changes. When I dance with someone, I rely on how it feels,
rather than how it looks, and I know that's what makes me unforgettable.
I've learned that strength and power come to me when I repeatedly
"feel" good thoughts. You too can practice doing this - even for 10
minutes a day. Lay down on your back, relax your spine and your face,
and just remember good moments that made you feel safe and happy. Do
this in the morning, before you start the day, and you will see how much
happier EVERYTHING will feel to you. Start tomorrow, and let me know
